            The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line one, after the word “authorized”, by changing the period to a comma and adding the following: with the following amendments:

            On page thirteen, section 14, paragraph 15.a.2., by striking the word “and”;

            On page thirteen, section 14, paragraph 15.a.3., after the word “shown”, by changing the period to a semicolon, and inserting thereafter the word “and”;

            And,

            On page thirteen, section 14, after paragraph 15.a.3., by inserting a new paragraph to read as follows:

            “14.15.a.4. The violator shall be responsible for all costs it incurs associated with the informal hearing.”
